Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• Not be acting on behalf of any third party when depositing funds, placing wagers, or withdrawing winnings. All account activity must be conducted by the registered account holder personally.
• Not hold any existing db687 account that has been suspended, closed, or flagged for fraudulent activity.

db687 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame specified by db687 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active db687 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, db687 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update this information promptly should it change. db687 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated registration details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is deemed to be your action and your responsibility.

Deposits & Withdrawals

db687 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi institutions), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). The minimum deposit via mobile banking is ৳500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000. Minimum cryptocurrency deposits are denominated in the applicable digital asset and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or unverified payment sources will be returned and the associated account may be subject to additional verification requirements or suspension. db687 does not charge platform fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction; however, your payment provider or network may apply their own fees, for which db687 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. db687 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Verified players may expect same-day processing for mobile banking withdrawals under ৳50,000 (Bangladesh Standard Time). Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within one hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business hours during standard processing windows.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same account holder.
• db687 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size, frequency, or destination.
• Any funds deposited by means of fraud, charge-back, or disputed transaction will be reversed and the associated account closed.
• Crypto exchange rates applied in the cashier are indicative and based on live market data. db687 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, db687 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, tournament prizes, or other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn as real funds. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless explicitly stated otherwise. • A Player may only claim each welcome or new-player bonus once. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on db687 are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, event, or game type. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable betting rules for that market or game.

db687 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or series of bets where: (a) an obvious error has occurred in the odds or lines offered; (b) a technical malfunction has affected the integrity of the event or the odds; (c) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider information being used; or (d) the bet was placed after the official start time of the relevant event.

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are not guaranteed until the bet confirmation screen has been shown and accepted by the Player. Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules regarding suspension of markets and voiding of bets placed during interruptions in play.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db687 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any support interaction.
• Accessing the platform using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Attempting to access another Player's account or interfere with the security systems protecting the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards db687 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the db687 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of db687 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any db687 content without our express prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall db687's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your db687 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data
